Check out these choices for his Four On The Floor.

1. Dunlop – Cry Baby Wah

“I’ve always been a huge fan of the wah-wah pedal. Your basic crybaby and I think that probably stems from growing up listening to Alice In Chains, Jerry Cantrell. So I’ve always, I’ve always got a wah-wah down there on the pedalboard.

2. Tech 21 – Sans Amp Classic

“I got this about 15 years ago in Seattle. You can pick the microphone placement or different sounds like the California or British clean sound. It just always sounds great, even just as a boost pedal it sounds great. I primarily use it as a distortion pedal and I can really get like a real heavy sound out of it or I can just get a nice pushy drive sound out of it. I was in high school in the nineties and I was like way into your Nirvana and all the Seattle bands, and I think I read some interview at some point saying that like Kurt Cobain was using that Sans Amp. I don’t know if he actually ever was or not, but I sought out the pedal and that’s Kinda what led me to that one.

3. Soundslice FX – That Bloody Delay

It’s an analog delay I’ve been using that a lot lately as a slap back or just to get a big ambient sound. It’s a pretty nice sounding delay pedal.

4. Fender – Reverb Unit 63 Reissue

I know it’s not really considered a pedal but I really liked using a reverb unit, it’s been a staple in the rig. I’m kind of just a purist in that way I guess. Uh, I really love the sound of them. I’ve got a Princeton reverb and old silver face and, you know, I haven’t really found anything that I like better. I think only the Fender Reverb unit has just that super wet splashy, just, you know, ricochet off the wall sound, and that’s the sound I really like, kind of like it’s going to explode.
